We are now in bat mitigation season and working on construction sites throughout the autumn. As we are on scaffolds and roofs most days delivering hands-on work for projects with bats, we have paused instructions for new work until mid-November. Thank you for your understanding.

​​​Bat Survey Season Closed for 2026.

We have no remaining availability for Phase 2 bat emergence surveys in 2026. The season restarts on 1st May 2027.

Please include the following in order for us to be able to prepare a fee quote:​​

• The full site address

• If the address is not easy to find with a quick search, please also send a red line boundary map and a Google pin, or a What3Words location of the site.

• A written description of your proposals.

• Your project deadlines of when you intend to submit for planning, and when you intend to start the works.

• Lastly - only if you have them - existing and proposed site block plans, roof plans, and landscaping drawings, or a draft D&A statement.​​

​We will aim to respond to new enquiries within 2-3 working days if we have the capacity to take on the work.
