121 Scentwork

121s are tailored to you and your dog/puppy. These sessions are perfect for beginners, including puppy owners, wanting to kickstart their journey into scentwork. For dogs on odour, we can focus on areas you would like to work on, such as indication, free searching, building your dog's confidence, puzzle solving skills, blank areas, line handling, vehicle searches, etc.

Competition practice! 121s are also perfect for preparing before a competition. Just let me know what you are competing in (SWUK/DDT/Nosework Games...) and I can create a mock competition search area for you.

There are absolutely no pre-requisites for 121s. If your dog is already on odour I can put out clove, gun oil, kong, but if you search for something different just bring it along with you. If you are a complete beginner or have a young puppy we will start with fun foundation games so just bring lots of treats, their favourite toy and plenty of enthusiasm!

You can book for one dog or bring 2+ dogs and work them in turn, see below.
