About the Event

Discover the fascinating world of bumblebees by joining me on a walking workshop at Bishop's Palace Garden. You will receive a free handout guide and we will discuss their ecology, behaviour and lifecycle and hopefully spot plenty along the way. Every workshop has six to eight attendees and is held in an informal, friendly atmosphere for the best learning experience.Did you know we have 24 species of bumblebee in the UK? 🐝🌸

This workshop is aimed at beginners wanting to learn the basic skills for ID as we will focus on our most common species, through to more experienced spotters wishing to refresh their skills.
