Beginners Detection Course

Discover detection with your puppy or older dog on this 4 week course.

This course will introduce you and your dog/puppy to the foundations of detection and scentwork. During the course we will cover environmental training, motivation, rewards, independent searching, discuss training odours, and teach the beginnings of an indication.

Please bring lots of really high-value treats, their favourite toy and a crate or mat for them to settle on.

Dogs search individually so fine for reactive/nervous dogs. This will be a small group of 4, so you get plenty of time with me.
